Coldplay - Don’t panic
I haven’t posted a song for a while, and i almost posted a verve track but i went back to this song. why? well, because its brilliant. its simple, and surprisingly short and the video was fantastic.
do you remember when coldplay were new? when their lyrics were interesting and their music stirring? do you remember before the hype and the pretentiousness and the obvious lyrics and the irritating, overpowering nature of chris martin’s personality? its been raining a lot in london, and yesterday i spent a good hour or so, sitting in my arm chair, listening to old coldplay and watching the rain. and then i heard this song, and i remembered.
